On sunny days, all I want to eat is fruuuiittsssss! 😀
I generally crush (using a fork) half of a ripe banana and blend it with the juice of half a lemon. Then I add all the fruits I want!
These are the best breakfast and snacks, it’s delicious, healthy and I love to look at these beautiful colours!
PS: Never forget to buy organic fruits, rinse and wipe them well and only eat when they’re ripe because if not, it will be to acid for your body.
