Singapore’s Formula One Grand Prix is approaching fast. From September 20thto 22ndthe island city-state will become so much more than a regular F1 destination.

The electric Singaporean nights will vibrate not only at the pace of the cars but also to international hit songs as Gwen Stefani, Muse, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Swedish House Mafia and many more international singers & DJs will perform at the famous Marina Bay. So for all the F1 fans who like to party, Jademoiselle thought it would be nice for you to have a list of the best places to eat healthy in order to recover from late night drinks and dancing… Here you go! 😉

Cafe at Harding, 28B Harding Rd, Singapore 249549.
Beautiful and relaxing location for a resourcing break surrounded by nature. This very nice café offers good fresh food for all tastes with some vegetarian/vegan options. Eggs Benedict and Pancakes are on their breakfast and brunch menus, along with a vegan Coconut yoghurt superseed granola with blackberry compote and honey, Yum yum!

Mother Dough Bakery, #01-01, 749 North Bridge Rd, Singapore 198717.
For those who like to have a nice slice of fresh crusty baguette or a warm buttery sourdough croissant with a good coffee and – why not – some choice of exquisite pastries… You will have to make a pass to this address during your stay in Singapore.
This bakery was found in May 2018 by head baker Naadhira Ismail who started her bread and pastry journey in 2012 at The International Culinary Institute, NYC before studying the process and rhythms of slow fermentation, and learned how to bake the best baguettes with incomparable flavours, textures and nutritional value. Her artisanal breads are handcrafted daily with organic flour sourced from environmentally conscious grain millers. To avoid a long queue or make sure to get the pastries you are looking for, I advise you to order online 1 day before.

​Founded in January 2016 in the heart of Singapore CBD, this 40-seater café is frequented by vegetarians, vegans, athletes, clean-meat lovers, those with food intolerances or simply looking to lead a healthier lifestyle. The owners Elika & Rick Mather have “a mission to improve their customers’ health through a recipe of awareness, education and great, wholesome food” inspired by the region to create unique fusion dishes.
If you are fond of Eggs Benedict or willing to try their Coconut Oat Pancakes, have a nice brunch there on Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Last orders are 30 minutes before closing on weekdays and 15 minutes on Saturdays.
